Undergraduate Transfer Credit Deadline Deadline for receipt of transfer credit (on an official transcript) for August graduates. If transfer credit is not received by this date, students will be removed from Summer graduation and will be forced to reapply for Winter graduation. |

Diploma Address Deadline Last day for students to make changes to the diploma address in myBama (Click View Graduation Applications link). Any changes made to the diploma address on the degree application after this date will not be reflected in the diploma order and will lead to delays in the receipt of diplomas. |

Diploma Ship Day Diplomas for all Summer graduates will be shipped no later than this date. A shipment notification will be sent to students' Crimson email accounts when diplomas are en route. |
