The new, online degree application is now available in myBama. Detailed information and links to video tutorials for both students and departmental approvers can be found below.
Beginning with the Spring 2012 graduating class, the new online degree application is now available. The application is available only through myBama. After logging in, go to the Student tab and click on the Student Services folder in the Banner Self Service channel located in the upper left-hand side of the screen. Then click on Student Records and finally, Apply to Graduate.

Please note: All University Honors, International Honors, or Computer-Based Honors students applying for graduation also need to contact the Honors College at 205-348-5500 or in 288 Nott Hall to arrange for a final audit of your honors program to be performed. All honors students must complete this audit in addition to the online degree application.
Prior to submitting an application for degree, graduate students should contact their department or the Graduate School with any questions regarding their graduation status. Undergraduate students should contact their advisor or divisional student services area to make sure they are on track to complete all degree requirements during their intended graduation term. When graduate students submit their online degree application, departmental approval is required prior to the application being forwarded to the Graduate School registrars. Departmental personnel that have been assigned the approver role will now see a workflow tab after logging in to myBama.
