Summer/Fall 2008 REGISTRATION INFO

Interim/Summer/Fall 2008 registration starts -- first time windows open March 24th. Click here http://registrar.ua.edu/registration/index.html to find your registration time assignment for Interim/Summer/Fall 2008 terms.

  • Interim/Summer/Fall 2008 SCHEDULE OF CLASSES - For "Up-to-the-Minute" information regarding Interim/Summer/Fall 2008 course offerings, check out the latest via your STUDENT tab on myBama https://mybama.ua.edu/. FOR THE MOST UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION, USE myBama.
  • ADVISING – If you believe you need to see an advisor or faculty member for counseling before you register for classes, you should do so before your window opens.
  • PERMITS - If a permit is required for a course, have your advisor or the course offering department post the permit before you visit the web. Remember: Getting a permit to enroll in a class does not guarantee a seat in the class -- you still must register for the course during your registration window -- the earlier the better.
  • PRE-REQUISITES - Also, check to see if you meet all the pre-requisite requirements for your course selections before you register.
  • HOLDS - If you have a hold on your account, to be safe you need to have the hold cleared 2 business days before your time window opens, otherwise, your registration could be blocked.
  • ALTERNATES - Have several alternate courses already picked before you visit the web - just in case your first choice is not available.
  • TO SCHEDULE - go to the STUDENT tab on myBama https://mybama.ua.edu/.
    • IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT LEAVE CAMPUS AT THE END OF SPRING WITHOUT A SCHEDULE. ONCE THE TERM IS OVER, REMAINING SEATS IN THE CORE CLASSES WILL BE BLOCKED FOR ORIENTATION.
