Enrollment records from 2000-2008 are available in Microsoft Excel format and can be downloaded here.
In the summer of 2008, an agreement between the Office of the Registrar and OIRA transferred the responsibility for producing the semester census enrollment reports to OIRA. These reports can be viewed on the their site at http://oira.ua.edu/.
