Requests by Phone
Students wanting to place an order over the telephone may do so by calling Credentials Inc. and using the TranscriptPlusT order system. Operators are available Monday through Thursday from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. Central Time and on Friday from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. Central Time. There is a $10.00 charge for using this service plus an additional $10.00 surcharge for telephone requests. Users must use a credit card and have access to either an e-mail account or fax machine in order to provide a written authorization for release of the transcript.
