Transfer Credit (TES)

TES is a tool for evaluating transfer credit. Central to TES is an exhaustive course description database. The database contains complete course details, including course code, course title, description and number of credits. It gives staff and faculty responsible for evaluating and equating coursework almost instant access to course descriptions from every college across the country. The system is comprised of four components but access will be limited to Course Finder and Course List Finder.

• Course Finder -allows you to quickly navigate the course description database. Once you have identified a course(s) you have the ability to print or email the course description(s). Additionally, you can research your institution's course inventory for possible equivalents by using a keyword search utility. It allows you to search TES course description database containing millions of course records [including course details, course titles, course codes, and credits].
• Course List Report - allows a user to create a list of courses containing complete course description details and compile a collection of courses from multiple institutions and from multiple academic years.
