UA employees requiring access to student academic data systems such as Banner, Degree Works, CourseLeaf, and Argos must submit the Advising and Administrative Access Request form. Before such access can be granted, employees are required to complete the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) course in UA LMS. To access this training, view the FERPA Assignment under your Courses and Learning Plan or through the link on the Employee Tab in MyBama.
UA employees requiring operational student data may use this form to submit a request to OUR for processing. Examples include class rosters, lists of students majors, and lists of courses based on a clearly defined selection criteria.
Third-party requests for student directory information must now be submitted as an open records request through the Division of Strategic Communications. Please follow the link below for additional instructions.
